Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring stable daily business and completing all tasks that are in scope for the team (e.g. Settlement related tasks, E-Mail requests, interests, Failed Trade Checks)
  • Regular interaction with external parties such as clients, brokers, external CM and custodians,
  • Monitoring and controlling of all relevant mailboxes and applications (e.g. TriOptima TriMargin; Broadridge; Xentis)
  • Participation and taking ownership in projects and ad hoc requests
  • Preparation of improvement ideas and concepts; support for testing and implementation in production
  • Assistance to other members of the team
  • Assistance in the implementation of new products, new clients and new funds

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience within a Collateral Management
  • Strong analytical skillset and attention to details, solution orientation
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and its applications
  • Very good English skills, German would be advantageous
  • University degree in banking or business management would be advantageous
  • Good time management
  • The sense of responsibility for the whole process
