The Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to help our Retail and Trade Team. We want to hear from anyone who's approachable and organised, with previous experience in a technical customer service environment where you'll have developed a flair for establishing rapport with customers and speaks fluent Czech.

Working within a vibrant and friendly team, you'll be dealing with inbound and outbound calls, creating and maintaining customer records over the phone/email, processing orders and dealing with technical queries supported by our product engineers.

The role responsibilities;

· Ideally you will have previous experience within Technical Customer Service, but your ability to learn is just as important, as training and support will be given to the right person.

· Provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and written correspondence and deal with a high volume of telephone and email enquiries daily.

· Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their queries, questions and concerns.

· Work alongside the Trade function to qualify and process Trade Customer enquiries and applications.

· Provide assistance, including explaining procedures or policies, giving reasons for enquiries and justifying decisions.

· Remain up-to-date on existing and new products, services and policies.

· Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained.

The ideal candidate will:

· Have experience within a customer service environment

· Have experience working in a customer service role particularly in a technical support role. Full training will however be given to the successful candidate if this does not exist.

· Have excellent IT skills and able to navigate between various systems

· Have a good knowledge of CRM systems

· Be highly task and KPI driven

· Be comfortable with data Entry with good attention to detail

· Be used to working collaboratively and as part of a successful team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 5,500.00zł - 6,500.00zł per month
