Division: Group Business Solutions (GBS)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our EB Settlement Tribe. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing settlement business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance our settlement operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop business cases, and ensure successful project delivery.

Your responsibilities

  • Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Understanding and assessing business settlement operations, identifying issues and opportunities and recommending appropriate business solutions.
  • Ensuring proper translation of business requirements and processes into structured documentation.
  • Facilitating the implementation and deployment of system changes to internal and external stakeholders by providing them with support, advice and guidance throughout the whole project life cycle.
  • Being the guardian of the project business scope.
  • Supporting other IT colleagues through the project development process, including testing and deployment phases.
  • Leading and coaching of other BA team members.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Good understanding of the settlement services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software is plus.
  • Adaptable, able to function in a rapidly changing environment, willing to constantly evolve and improve processes.
