We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a project in the field of creation and development of public systems, including healthcare information systems.

The goal of the project is to create an integrated system that will enable the collection and processing of medical staff training data, ensuring a consistent flow of information between units.

We are looking for a Scrum Master with experience in healthcare to support teams in effectively achieving project goals, ensuring smooth information flow and introducing best practices of agile methodologies.

*Your tasks*

  • Leading project teams in accordance with Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Monitoring the progress of work, removing obstacles and supporting the team's goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on the flow of information about training and educational processes
  • Oversee implementations of new functionalities of the SCM system and ensure compliance with medical interoperability standards (e.g. HL7, IHE, ICD-9/10)
  • Organizing Scrum meetings, retrospectives and sprint planning
  • Coordinating the work of project teams, ensuring effective communication and high quality of task execution

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working in an agile environment in a Scrum Master role, including experience in healthcare projects
  • Scrum Master certification (PSM I or equivalent
  • Minimum of three additional Scrum or project management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Agile Foundation or equivalent)
  • Experience working with healthcare systems and knowledge of medical interoperability standards (HL7, IHE, ICD-9/10)
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, MS Office (including MS Project), Confluence and Jira
  • High interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Residence in Poland required and fluency in the Polish language
