Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Wdrażanie metodologii Agile w ramach programu Business Transformation
  • Pomoc w definiowaniu kryteriów akceptacji i zarządzaniu backlogiem
  • Organizowanie i moderowanie ceremonii scrumowych
  • Wspieranie zespołów w pracy w metodologii Hybrydowej/Agile
  • Rozwiązywanie problemów, działania naprawcze, wyciąganie wniosków i dzielenie się wiedzą
  • Współpraca z innymi Scrum Masterami nad zmianą kulturową zespołu

Nasze wymagania

  • Min. 5 lat doświadczenia jako Scrum Master w projektach IT
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość frameworków zwinnych: SCRUM, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe, Hybrid oraz metodologii Agile i Waterfall
  • Doświadczenie w projektach wdrożeniowych oprogramowania pakietowego (np. SAP)
  • Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi takich jak Jira, Confluence, Miro, Signavio
  • Silne umiejętności komunikacji i facylitacji w środowisku międzynarodowym
  • Płynna znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
