We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager to join our Poland team.
About Job
As Sales manager you will be responsible for driving sales of SaaS products, managing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target and secure new accounts and drive sales across the full Fitek portfolio
- Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and qualify potential clients, with a hunter mentality
- Initiate, manage and follow-up on sales leads
- Manage the sales cycle end-to-end
- Close and secure SaaS service contracts
- Build relationships with CFO level counterparts in both medium sized and corporate organisations
- Secure new business by delivering compelling product demos and closing SaaS service contracts
- Work alongside product, marketing and customer success teams to develop sales strategies and proposals
- Represent Fitek at seminars, conferences and industry events, promoting our innovative solutions to new prospects
- Participate in government tenders by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and ensuring compliance with procurement requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor level degree, preferably in a business oriented field
Track record of 3 or more years of successful services sales experience:
ideally of SaaS service
preferably in fintech driven environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Polish and English languages
- Strong affinity with Finance and Administration processes is a big plus
- Experience with CRM, including managing customer data, tracking sales activities, automating follow-ups, and optimizing the sales pipeline for improved client engagement and conversion rates
- Experience in AP (Accounts Payable) and AR (Accounts Receivable)
