Opis stanowiska

  • Coordinate Purchasing activities in New Product Development Projects to ensure proper supplier selection and the achievement of total costs, quality and investment targets;
  • Manage achievement of all Project milestones related to suppliers;
  • Define and control communication flow between Purchasing and Project Team to ensure agreement and implementation of Commodity/Category strategies;
  • Maintain and develop effective partnership with multinational Project Team;
  • Maintain high quality of reports and presentations.

Wymagania

  • At least 5 years of experience in Purchasing;
  • Master's degree from commercial or technical university;
  • Project Management background;
  • Advanced English, German would be an asset;
  • MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point) & SAP knowledge;
  • Good team player, but also possessing the ability to work on own initiative;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills/confident to communicate with all levels/different cultural backgrounds;
  • Strong organizational skills required to coordinate and manage multiple cross divisional projects;
  • Ability to learn quickly and prioritize tasks, to work independently;
  • Able to work under pressure to deal with short deadlines.
