ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Tech & Product, you will play a key role in scaling our tech teams within a fast-growing and dynamic environment. Beyond managing end-to-end recruitment for complex and strategic roles, you will bring an analytical and consultative approach to continuously enhance our talent acquisition strategy

 YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for senior and highly technical IT roles in a fast-paced, scaling company.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and drive strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Leverage data and recruitment analytics to refine processes and provide actionable insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring an outstanding stakeholder experience.
  • Continuously optimize recruitment workflows and implement industry best practices.
  • Lead recruitment projects, including company expansion and employer branding initiatives.
  • Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience, ensuring engagement at every stage.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
  • Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment..
  • Strong analytical mindset, with expertise in recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset, with a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
