Responsibilities:- review maps data to assess business information accuracy based on client policies,
- engage with business, predominantly via quick outbound phone calls, to verify their business information,
- update client platforms based on verified information,
- make well-balanced decisions based on market-specific knowledge.
- customer service experience,
- English language knowledge min. B2/C1 level,
- Portuguese language knowledge min. B2/C1 level,
- good written and oral communication skills, with excellent attention to detail,
- the ability to apply judgment on the job and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere,
- good time management, prioritization, and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure.
