Are you ready to lead transformation at scale? We're looking for a visionary and strong in execution leader to build and drive our enterprise-level PMO and spearhead organizational change across one of Poland's largest and most successful insurance companies.
What You'll Do
- Shape the future of our business strategy through portfolio and change management.
- Lead high-impact transformation programs (digitalization, AI, business development, organizational change).
- Partner directly with C-level executives.
- Build and inspire a high-performing PMO team and foster a culture of innovation.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in transformation and change management.
- Proven success in delivering complex, high-visibility projects.
- Expertise in project & portfolio methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile PM).
- Change Management certification (Prosci, ACMP) is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with international stakeholders.
