Opis roli 

Szukamy Head of Customer Experience, którego celem będzie rozwój i doskonalenie całego doświadczenia klienta – od pierwszego kontaktu z aplikacją, przez codzienne korzystanie, po obsługę i lojalność. Będziesz odpowiadać za wzrost zaangażowania użytkowników, monetyzację kanałów B2C oraz wprowadzanie innowacji, które realnie wpływają na satysfakcję i wartość biznesową aplikacji z prawie 3 mln użytkowników.

Chcesz być częścią zespołu, który nie boi się wyzwań i zawsze myśli nieszablonowo? Dołącz do nas. Twoje zadania będą obejmować: 

  • tworzenie i realizację strategii rozwoju aplikacji mobilnej (fintech & mobility), w tym funkcji, UX/UI i ścieżek klienta,
  • projektowanie i wdrażanie działań zwiększających aktywność użytkowników oraz przychody z kanałów B2C,
  • analizę danych, segmentację użytkowników, personalizację ofert i optymalizację modeli monetyzacji (np. subskrypcje, marketplace),
  • nadzór nad jakością obsługi klienta oraz projektowanie kompleksowych procesów CX,
  • ustalanie i monitorowanie KPI (NPS, CSAT, retencja, konwersja, LTV) we współpracy z zespołem Data,
  • budowę i rozwój zespołu B2C oraz współpracę z zespołami Biznesu, Marketingu, Produktu i Technologii.
Wymagania i umiejętności, których szukamy u osoby zatrudnionej w tej roli: 
  • min. 5–7 lat w obszarze B2C digital, product management, growth lub customer experience, najlepiej w branżach takich jak fintech, e-commerce lub mobility,
  • umiejętność łączenia myślenia strategicznego z działaniami operacyjnymi,
  • swobodne poruszanie się w świecie danych, umiejętność wyciągania insightów i przekładania ich na konkretne decyzje biznesowe,
  • dobra znajomość technologii produktowej oraz psychologii użytkownika, pozwalająca na tworzenie rozwiązań odpowiadających realnym potrzebom klientów,
  • doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem i współpracy między działowej,
  • wysoko rozwinięte kompetencje komunikacyjne.
