This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. Your Role

  • Lead internal and external audits for systems and processes, including IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA Customer Specific Requirements, and EOS

  • Manage IATF 16949 certification processes for the Technical Center

  • Drive maintenance and upgrades of global standards for Quality Systems Management and organizational structure for Technical Center in Krakow

  • Ensure audit readiness and execution to support flawless product launches

  • Act as the primary contact for external certification bodies

  • Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of Quality Systems in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage activities of the QS&DA department

  • Mentor teams to build a culture of quality and continuous improvement

  • Lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions

  • Define and monitor Quality System KPIs (audit closure rates, non-conformance trends, certification status)

Your background

  • Degree in Engineering

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering, Quality or Operations

  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience

  • Certified IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 auditor

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Experienced in MS Office

  • Ability to travel more than 15% of working time to support audits
