Role Purpose
The primary objective of the role is to manage supervised roles / units in order to provide agreed level of services, defined by targeted KPIs in line with policies and procedures. This role is also responsible for supporting company growth by ensuring proper level of resourcing and proper level of knowledge within teams.

Responsibilities:

  • People development and coaching
  • Provision and maintenance of relevant knowledge amongst team peers especially when attrition comes in place
  • Maintenance of employee satisfaction to ensure acceptable level of attrition
  • Ensure quality communication across AP teams and JBS departments
  • Risk resources planning
  • Regular analysis of the KPI and creating proper action plans to reach target levels
  • Ensure provision of daily operations in timely and quality manner in line with KPIs
  • Strong focus on the client relationship management via regular meetings/phone calls
  • Create action plans basing on customer survey and / or ongoing client's feedback
  • Supporting M&A projects
  • Support implementation of financial systems

Requirements:

  • FLUENT spoken & written English; fluency in other European languages, is an advantage
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of AP processes
  • Practical experience with Polish VAT regulations is nice to have
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Great communication skills
  • Problem Solving Abilities
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Analytical & logical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a multinational environment
