We are looking for ML & Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers our GenAI applications. In this role, you will work closely with data science leadership to enable scalable, data-driven capabilities and high-quality retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Pipelines

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end ETL processes (extract, transform, load).
  • Integrate and consume diverse data sources.
  • Model and prepare data for downstream analytics and AI applications.
  • Load, manage, and optimize data within databases such as Snowflake and MongoDB.
  • Build and maintain automated, reliable data pipelines.

AI & RAG Infrastructure Support

Collaborate with the Lead Data Scientist to develop, optimize, and maintain RAG systems, including:

  • Embeddings
  • Vector stores
  • Semantic and graph search
  • Re-ranking techniques

Data Architecture & Scalability

  • Assist in designing and implementing scalable data architectures for large and growing datasets.
  • Handle high-volume document ingestion and processing from various business domains.
  • Develop data solutions that power intelligent, data-driven features and applications.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python, Jupyter Notebook, and VS Code.
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Clear, direct communication style with a focus on problem-solving.
