About the job

As a
SQL Back-end Developer
, you will be part of the
Business Intelligence
team within the
Data & Analytics Department
, supporting the entire organization across all markets. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining robust and scalable data solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include working with large datasets, building efficient ETL pipelines, and ensuring data is reliable, well-structured, and accessible for reporting and analytics.

This role involves close collaboration with
internal business stakeholders from various departments and countries
, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and contributing to the development of the company's BI architecture. You'll be part of a team driving digital transformation and helping shape data capabilities in Poland and across the wider organization.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable
  data models
  , including
  SSAS Tabular models
  , to support reporting and analytics across the organization
• Developing and optimizing
  ETL/ELT pipelines
  using SSIS to ensure efficient data integration from multiple sources
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between IT and business needs
• Working closely with teams from
  various departments and countries
  , delivering tailored BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making
• Providing
  Level 2 support
  for BI-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations

Who are you?

You bring:

• Proven proficiency in developing BI solutions using T-SQL and SSAS Tabular models in production environments
• Proven experience with data integration and ETL development using SSIS
• Solid experience in data modeling and working with relational databases using MS SQL Server (on-prem)
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
• Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and how to support their data needs is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including collaboration with internal business partners from various departments and countries across the organization
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure, MS Fabric) is an advantage
• Relevant educational background in IT, computer science, or a related field
