minimum 3 years of experience in quality management within regulated industries (food, pharmaceutical, or packaging)

fluent English – both spoken and written

practical knowledge of quality standards and audit processes

ability to independently manage projects and drive change

·
good organizational skills, stress resilience, and strong communication skills

·
proficiency in MS Office, SAP, MII, and document management systems

·
experience in implementing new standards will be an additional advantage

Job description

·
developing, implementing, and improving quality systems in line with the requirements of the food and pharmaceutical sectors (BRC Packaging, AIB, GMP, ISO 15378)

·
integrating standards with the current Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSC, ISCC+, HACCP)

·
coordinating audits and certification processes

·
approving and issuing quality documentation and audit reports

·
organizing and conducting training in the areas of quality, food safety, and GMP

·
managing and updating system documentation

·
participating in certification processes and representing the site during audits

·
monitoring quality indicators, corrective actions, and reporting results
