  • About employer

    For one of our clients - one of the largest IT companies in Poland, for an international project we are looking for candidates for the position of: System Analyst.

    Project: analysis, development and implementation of a new .Net based application.

    Team: 5 developers, 2 analyst, 2 testers, PM, Scrum Master, Gui designer, architect.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Analysing business processes, capabilities, functional requirements and user stories,
    • Transferring requirements and user stories into system design and specifications,
    • Modelling and documenting Application and Data Architectures and its elements: logical data model, system roles, use cases, acceptance criteria, system logic and UI prototypes in cooperation with GUI specialist,
    • Supporting business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software development,
    • Contributing to systems prototyping, design, testing, quality assurance, change management,
    • Maintaining the analitical repository (EA),
    • Identifying opportunities for potential solutions,
    • Cooperating closely with BA and Product Owner to clarify any substantial and technical difficulties,
    • Preparing system documentation,
    • Providing presentations and trainings to business users (including training materials).
  • Requirements:
    • Has got at least 4 years hands-on experience in systems analysis,
    • At least 1st cycle of higher education (equivalent with relevant professional experience in the domain of at least 6 years),
    • Has gone at least 2 times through the complete lifecycle of the software solution,
    • Presents excellent command of English,
    • Expert in UML and Enterprise Architect,
    • Knows how to develop Application and Data Architectures and its elements,
    • Knows system development methodologies,
    • Knows specifics and limitations of the following technologies of the Lot,
    • Is proficient in using systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others,
    • Understands border management and border surveillance domains,
    • Expert in systems analysis in the domain of the Lot,
    • Presents excellent communication skills,
    • Holds ability to document effectively,
    • Presents problem solving skills,
    • Has practical knowledge of Azure DevOps.
