We are looking for a
System Designer
to join our team and help build, update, and maintain our design systems.

In This Role, You Will

  • Create & Update Systems: Develop and continuously update our design systems to keep them modern, scalable, and aligned with current trends;
  • Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with other designers—potentially managing and teaching them—to ensure a consistent design approach across all tools;
  • Integrate Feedback: Incorporate new features from the UX team and suggestions from stakeholders to improve and expand our design systems.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in UX/UI design;

3+ years of experience working on or managing design systems;

Experience designing for multiple platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android;

Excellent understanding of Figma, its tokens, autolayouts, and all the latest updates;

Incorporate new features into the Design System as well as adjustments gathered from different sources;

Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and the basics of client-server architecture;

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team with a low-ego, high-impact mindset;

The candidate should have an engineering mindset, applying systematic, analytical thinking to design and refine scalable, integrated design solutions;

Strong presentation and documentation skills, with an eye for detail in visual design and brand consistency.

Responsibilities
Design creative solutions for A/B testing and experiments across digital platforms;

Partner with Product Owners to define business requirements and collaborate with researchers for insights;

Collaborate with analytics to analyze test results and user feedback to iterate and refine designs.
