As Product Manager AI you will report directly to CPO and lead the development of AI-driven experiences that power Zing's personalized fitness journey. The focus is on building intelligent, data-informed systems that enhance user engagement, drive measurable impact, and shape the future of digital coaching.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Zing's AI-powered personalization - from recommendation models to conversational coaching features
  • Collaborate with design, data, and engineering to create seamless, intelligent experiences that feel personal and motivating for every user
  • Use data, experimentation, and user insights to guide product decisions, improving engagement, retention, and overall product performance
  • Define clear success metrics and implement a structured approach to measuring the impact of AI-driven features
  • Drive continuous improvement of Zing's AI systems, ensuring scalability, transparency, and measurable user value
  • Adapt AI experiences for diverse global audiences, recognizing different fitness preferences and cultural nuances
  • Partner closely with Analytics, UX Research, and Marketing to ensure product direction is grounded in insight and delivers clear outcomes
We expect that you have
  • Strong mobile product judgment and sharp UX intuition, with a passion for creating intuitive, habit-forming experiences
  • Proven experience owning and scaling complex, data-heavy mobile applications, leveraging experimentation and modeling to drive measurable outcomes
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML-based personalization systems, recommendation models, or conversational AI
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, balance long-term vision with disciplined execution, and make decisions grounded in data
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams to turn technical opportunities into user value
  • Familiarity with consumer mobile app ecosystems - ideally within fitness, health, or lifestyle tech
