Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager — someone who combines the clarity of a business analyst, the logic of a software engineer, and the ownership mindset of a project driver.

You'll bridge the gap between ideas and execution: gathering requirements, creating and maintaining product & technical documentation, aligning with project managers on timelines and priorities, and ensuring smooth delivery from concept to release.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering & Scoping

• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and users to gather, analyze, and document feature requirements.
• Translate business goals into clear, actionable, and testable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Work with developers to evolve these into detailed Technical Specifications (TSDs) with architecture notes, API references, and edge cases.

2. Documentation Ownership

• Maintain a consistent and comprehensive documentation library for all product and technical features.
• Standardize documentation templates (PRDs, FRDs, QA checklists, DevOps notes, release summaries).
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, versioned, and up-to-date across the product lifecycle.

3. Feature Execution & Coordination

• Act as feature owner, coordinating between product, design, engineering, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Work closely with Project Managers to define timelines, sprint priorities, and delivery milestones.
• Track progress, dependencies, and blockers — ensuring timely feature completion.
• Support UAT and release readiness, ensuring all requirements and documentation are complete before go-live.

4. Cross-Functional Communication

• Bridge communication between business and technical teams — ensuring clarity, no ambiguity, and shared understanding.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain internal wikis or documentation spaces (e.g. Notion, Confluence).
• Communicate release updates, known issues, and major feature changes across teams.

5. QA, DevOps, and Release Documentation

• Support QA teams in documenting test cases, acceptance criteria, and validation steps.
• Collaborate with DevOps to document CI/CD processes, environment dependencies, and release workflows.
• Own and publish release notes, deployment updates, and change logs.

6. Continuous Improvement

• Review processes and documentation regularly for efficiency improvements.
• Suggest enhancements in product workflow, tracking systems, and documentation structure.
• Gather post-release feedback and maintain version history for features.

‍ Requirements

• Strong technical background — Bachelor's in Computer Science, Management Technology, or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to document complex systems clearly.
• 3–6 years of eperience in product analysis, software documentation, or feature ownership roles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and release management.
• Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence/Notion, GitHub, Figma, and Google Workspace.
• Experience working closely with project managers and engineering teams on delivery planning.
• (Bonus) Prior experience as a software engineer or technical writer.
