ABOUT THE ROLE:
Are you passionate about shaping the future of industrial software tools? Join us as a
Product Technology Manager
and take ownership of the strategy and evolution of our software portfolio used alongside cutting-edge electronics and electromechanical products around engines, turbines and power management. These tools support application engineering, configuration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting across global industries.

This is a
strategic, cross-functional role
within a matrix organization—no direct reports, but high visibility and influence across engineering, marketing, and support teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Drive the roadmap for future cloud-connected, AI-embedded software tools
  • Guide requirements management for new releases and enhancements
  • Collaborate across teams to align tool capabilities with customer needs
  • Support commercialization and licensing strategies (e.g., trial, subscription)
  • Contribute to investment planning and cost structure analysis
  • Engage with customers through presentations, training, and feedback loops

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Experience in software architecture, cloud platforms, or AI integration
  • Strong communication and leadership skills in a matrix environment
  • Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to P&L planning
