What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and enhance our solutions while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, production-ready code
  • Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from application architecture to business logic implementation
  • Actively participate in demo sessions, Scrum ceremonies, and Idea Talks to drive innovation and alignment
  • Contribute to project estimation and planning to ensure efficient and realistic delivery timelines
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and implement comprehensive testing strategies to maintain code excellence
  • Continuously integrate and evaluate new technologies to improve system performance and capabilities
  • (Optional) Mentor team members, participate in technical interviews, and share knowledge through dev2dev sessions and tech meetups

What you bring

  • 2+ years of hands-on C++ development experience with deep understanding of OOP principles, SOLID concepts, and design patterns
  • Practical experience with Qt framework, STL, and Boost libraries
  • Proven ability to debug, optimize, and develop multithreaded C++ applications
  • Strong proficiency with Git version control system
  • B1+ English level with experience in effective communication with English-speaking clients
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in software development
