You will be best suited for this role if:

Higher education, preferably a master's degree.Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Credit Risk Analysis.Strong knowledge of credit risk management, including RWA, ECL, and Basel parameters.Understanding of operational processes and reporting tools.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.Exceptional planning and organizational skills.Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.Demonstrated commitment and diligence.Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.Fluency in English and Polish is required.Proficiency in German, French, Spanish, and/or Italian is a plus.

Join our dynamic and innovative team dedicated to credit risk management You will play a crucial role in controlling and analysing activities for PCM and TRA business across 9 Western Europe branches, including Warsaw, Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, Zürich, Vienna, Milan, Madrid, and London. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of ensuring robust risk management and operational excellence.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

Conduct comprehensive controls and analyses on high-risk activities, adhering to established proceduresAccurately report control and analysis outcomes using specialized toolsCollaborate with central teams to fulfil requirements and enhance process efficiencyProactively address and escalate issues to resolve challenging casesMaintain transparency on progress for all stakeholders, ensuring adherence to deadlinesShare key performance indicators (KPIs) with relevant stakeholdersContinuously suggest and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
