Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works on a large-scale EPC industrial construction project in Nysa. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, timely, and compliant execution of electrical installations in coordination with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all electrical construction activities on site
  • Ensure compliance with project documentation, technical standards, and safety regulations
  • Manage subcontractors and installation teams
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks of electrical systems and installations
  • Participate in technical meetings and support handover documentation
  • Report progress, manage deviations, and propose corrective actions
  • Collaborate closely with the site manager, engineering team, and EPC client representatives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
  • Valid Polish execution-level building license in electrical installations
  • (uprawnienia budowlane w specjalności instalacyjnej elektrycznej – zakres wykonawczy)
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical construction supervision on industrial projects
  • Strong knowledge of Polish building law and electrical standards
  • Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent English (mandatory) – required for communication in an international project environment
