Senior BI / Data Analyst

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Projektowanie, wdrażanie i utrzymywanie raportów, dashboardów oraz modeli danych wspierających decyzje biznesowe
  • Analiza danych w obszarach: funnel & conversion, churn & retention, revenue & renewal, product usage
  • Opracowywanie i monitorowanie KPI oraz metryk komercyjnych
  • Przekładanie potrzeb biznesowych na konkretne wymagania analityczne i techniczne
  • Współpraca ze stakeholderami z zespołów: sprzedaży, marketingu, produktu, redakcji i operacji
  • Dokumentowanie procesów analitycznych, zapewnienie spójności i jakości danych
  • Wspieranie zespołów w rozwoju procesów automatyzacji raportowania

Wymagania:

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość SQL (preferowany PostgreSQL)
  • Znajomość Python (mile widziana)
  • Doświadczenie z narzędziami BI (Looker, Tableau, Power BI lub równoważne)
  • Praktyczna znajomość HubSpot (CRM, workflows, pipelines, deduplikacja, raportowanie, enrichment)
  • Doświadczenie z Mixpanel (event tracking, funnels, product analytics)
  • Znajomość Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Rozumienie procesów: modelowania danych, mapowania encji i integracji API
  • Umiejętność projektowania i utrzymania procesów trackingu zdarzeń oraz walidacji jakości danych (QA/data audits)
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2+
