Responsibilities- Market Strategy & Development
- Responsibility for the US market — driving business development, sales strategy implementation, and coordination of the team operating in the United States.
- Implementation of sales and business development strategies dedicated to the US market.
- Financial Oversight
- Accountability for unit/region P&L: monitoring financial results, costs, and expenditures, maximizing revenue and profit margins.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Active acquisition of new clients and development of cooperation with existing ones.
- Building relationships with clients at all levels, including organizing review and strategic meetings with management teams.
- Contract & Risk Management
- Negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with pricing and margin policies, and conducting project risk analysis.
- Sales Reporting & Internal Coordination
- Reporting results and sales activities, and documenting actions in internal systems in line with procedures.
- Collaboration with the marketing department (content, materials, social media, conferences, references) as well as administration and finance (documents, settlements, approvals).
- Project Support & Opportunity Qualification
- Supporting the delivery process of services and projects, as well as qualification of sales opportunities.
- Team Leadership
- Recruitment, management, and development of the team (task planning, KPI accountability, motivation, feedback, integration).
- Language
- Excellent command of English at C1 level, both spoken and written.
- Personal Attributes
- University degree
- Professional Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client development.
- Experience in IT or outsourcing industry.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Experience in working with or within the US market will be a strong plus.
