Join us and: 

  • Become a member of a quant team that builds and prototypes complex financial models responsible for managing trade positions and risk management from a market maker perspective,

  • Have an ownership in managing the entire model prototyping, development and deployment lifecycle,

  • Assist in the development of exploratory data analysis and visualisation tools, operating over a wide range of structured and unstructured data.

How do we work?

We're looking for a Senior Quantitative Analyst  with experience in Machine Learning and coding in Python. In this role you will design and build models and data pipelines which operate over extremely large datasets, combining traditional analytics and state of the art machine learning.

In a Quantitative Research team you will have the opportunity to work on: 

  • Advanced machine learning, statistical and analytical models

  • Engineering, automating and optimizing large scale compute pipelines, allowing for the analysis and
    training of models over huge datasets,

  • Developing and maintaining financial analytics libraries,

  • Prototyping, building and deploying on on-prem and cloud-based research infrastructure,

  • Exploring and creating new data analysis and visualisations, preparing dashboards and other ways to
    deliver research insights.

What skillset you need, to be successful in this role:

  • Minimum 4+ year of demonstrated experience in Machine Learning and developing and maintaining projects written in Python, including libraries such as numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, xgboost, matplotlib, etc.

  • Practical understanding of databases and SQL.

  • Unix platform experience.

  • Thirst for knowledge, hunger to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.

Nice to have:

  • Advanced university degree in computer science, engineering, physics, mathematics, finance or a related field.

  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.

  • An eye for graphical design and the visual display of quantitative information.

  • Professional experience in finance markets.
