    Our Team's mission is to boost growth of G2A.COM - the largest global marketplace for gamers and geeks. As Data team member, you will be responsible for data exploration in each part of our business: product, marketing, customer and sellers success.
    Data team is working with other teams in the company to drive insights, provide knowledge and advice based on data.

    In your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for: exploring the data with use of raw SQL, creating new table structures, providing recommendations, reports, dashboards and providing ad-hoc support to other teams (development, business, finance). 
    You will be using mostly SQL, work in database and use modern visualization tools.

  • Your responsibilities:
    • Providing recommendation for improvements
    • Creating and applying statistical models
    • Using the data to identify problems and propose solutions
    • Defining and evaluating research hypotheses
    • Working with other teams (product, UX researchers) on strategic initiatives
    • Acting as a data advisor for the team, sharing your knowledge  
    • Effectively communicating trends, patterns and predictions using relevant data
  • You're a perfect match for the role if:
    • You have at least 4 years of experience doing quantitative analysis for a technology company
    • You're able to work independently but also as a team player (good atmosphere and collaboration within the team is very important for us)
    • You have experience with large datasets and the ability to optimize queries
    • You have experience in A/B test experiments, analysis and interpreting the results of tests
    • You have deep understanding of statistics (distributions, probability theory, hypothesis testing)
    • You're able to define and evaluate your own user research hypotheses
    • You have degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer or Tech Science, or other quantitative fields
