Senior People Operations Data Analyst 
We're looking for a Senior People Operations Data Analyst to join our People team and play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This individual will be responsible for delivering key people metrics, dashboards, and strategic insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is experienced in HR analytics, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has strong expertise in HR systems.  

What You'll Do: 

  • Own and manage recurring and ad-hoc turnover, headcount, and workforce analytics reports for People Operations and executive stakeholders 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations that help business leaders make informed decisions
  • Provide C-level reporting and support people strategy conversations with data-driven insights
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent, HR Business Partners, Finance, and IT to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Analyze trends and patterns in workforce data to help forecast future talent needs and drive operational improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics tools, processes, and methodologies
  • Leverage HR systems such as Dayforce to extract, manipulate, and interpret complex data sets 

What You'll Bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree a plus) 
  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, people operations, or a similar data-driven HR function
  • Strong understanding of people metrics and key HR KPIs (e.g., retention, attrition, diversity, time-to-fill)
  • Advanced skills in Excel experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus
  • Prior experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS platforms preferred Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for a non-technical audience
