To strengthen and grow our Food activities in Poland, we are looking for a dynamic and inspiring Head of Business Unit Food - a leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and passion for people and business.

Your Impact

  • Lead and develop the Food business in Poland strategically and operationally.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build strong, long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Drive business growth through innovative solutions and an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Lead, motivate, and empower a skilled and passionate team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across IMPAG Group to exchange expertise and create synergies.
  • Play a key role in shaping the direction of the company, with the potential to join the Management Board in the future.

Job requirements

  • Several years of experience in the B2B Food industry, ideally in sales, business development, or distribution.
  • Proven leadership skills and a successful track record of driving growth and building teams.
  • Strong commercial mindset and strategic vision, combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent Polish and English are required.
  • Country of residence: Poland.
