Junior Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a Junior Payroll Admin to manage payroll processes across multiple EMEA countries, either in-house or via local vendors.
Key responsibilities include payroll payments, compliance, employee support, journal entries, tax returns, and financial analysis related to social security, benefits, and wage taxes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Payroll experience supporting multiple countries or equivalent in related fields
- Strong Excel skills and data reporting capabilities
- Detail-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage deadlines independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Experience with ADP GV (SAP payroll)
- Payroll qualifications recognized locally
- Multinational remuneration environment experience
- Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management
