Wspólnie rozwijajmy Grupę Hotelową PI, do której należy 5 istniejących hoteli premium w Krakowie oraz eleganckie apartamenty w Międzyzdrojach, Krakowie i Zakopanem, a także obiekty premium w budowie: w Gdańsku, w Łodzi, na Cyprze i w Ustroniu Morskim.

Do 4* hotelu sieci Marriott, szukamy osoby na stanowisko:
Front Office Manager
Zakres Obowiązków

  • koordynowanie i nadzorowanie podległego zespołu
  • zapewnienia najwyższego poziomu świadczonych usług przez dział recepcji
  • monitorowanie wskaźników zadowolenia gości hotelu
  • zapewnienie prawidłowości procesów fakturowania i rozliczeń
  • dbanie o wizerunek hotelu oraz przestrzeganie standardów i procedur
  • stała współpraca z pozostałymi działami hotelu
  • branie czynnego udziału w obsłudze gości

Wymagania

  • doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w hotelu sieciowym
  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • obsługa programu MS Office, znajomość programu hotelowego Opera i portali rezerwacyjnych
  • samodzielność w działaniu, doskonałe zdolności organizacyjne oraz komunikacyjne
  • wysoka kultura osobista, profesjonalizm w obsłudze gości
  • dyspozycyjność
