(40 hours/week – gross PLN/month).

As Store Manager, you'll be the person in charge of ensuring the smooth running of the store and the team to achieve our commercial objectives while offering a unique shopping experience to our customers.

What are we looking for?

  • You must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of sales / commercial KPIs.
  • You should be a communicative person and be able to convey the passion behind our product to our customers and be a team player.
  • We need you to be comfortable speaking English or Spanish to serve our customers around the world.

Your main duties will be…

  • Opening and closing the store and ensuring its smooth running daily.
  • Store team management: you will be the person in charge of keeping the team motivated and training them in our product novelties so that they can explain them to our customers.
