BYD Europe BV located in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. BYD Europe BV offers a full line of BYD electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, all-electric buses, and all-electric forklift trucks.

Responsibilities:
Develops 2D and 3D engineering documentation for BYD showrooms, service facilities, and temporary structures, ensuring full compliance with BYD CI 7.2 standards and Polish building law.

Coordinates interfaces between architectural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and low-current systems, including EV charging infrastructure.

Reviews and validates input data from dealers, architects, and general contractors, ensuring quality, consistency, and CI compliance.

Provides technical support to Project Managers during design and execution phases.

Participates in site inspections and technical reviews of ongoing investments.

Suggests and implements process improvements in documentation flow, coordination, and design efficiency.

Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Building Services Engineering.

Good command of English (spoken and written).

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Navisworks; familiarity with BIM workflows is a plus.

Understanding of automotive retail architecture, including exhibition layouts, MEP coordination, and brand identity integration.

Experience with quantity take-offs, technical specifications, and tender documentation.

Awareness of fire safety, accessibility, and energy efficiency standards in building design.

Proactive and independent approach to problem-solving.

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Teamwork and cross-disciplinary collaboration mindset.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

The Design & CI Engineering team of BYD Polska supports the development of the national dealer network by providing technical expertise for new and adapted facilities.

We operate in a multidisciplinary environment, integrating architecture, engineering, and CI design under the guidelines of BYD Europe and BYD Auto HQ (China).

Our goal is to deliver spaces that reflect BYD's brand identity, innovation, and sustainability principles.
