Jako nasz Nike Store Athlete (Sprzedawca), Twoją misją będzie dostarczanie klientom premium doświadczenia poprzez wykazywanie się wiedzą w zakresie rozpoznawania indywidualnych potrzeb oraz oferowanie pełnych rozwiązań poprzez produkty i usługi Nike, aby pomóc klientom w łączeniu się, treningach i rywalizacji, a także w osiąganiu ich celów.

Obowiązki

  • Wykorzystywanie umiejętności obsługi klienta, podstawowych technik sprzedaży oraz wiedzy o produktach, aby łączyć klientów z odpowiednimi produktami i napędzać sprzedaż
  • Budowanie więzi między konsumentem a marką poprzez świadczenie doskonałej obsługi oraz dostosowywanie historii marki do środowiska sprzedaży detalicznej
  • Utrzymywanie wiedzy o różnych działach sklepu oraz gotowość do obsługi kasy fiskalnej przy standardowych transakcjach, wykonywania obowiązków związanych z wysyłką i odbiorem towarów, uzupełniania zapasów na półkach, wykonywania zadań porządkowych i tworzenia wizualnych ekspozycji w razie potrzeby
  • Służenie jako źródło wiedzy o produktach dla klientów i początkujących pracowników. Poszukiwanie możliwości edukacyjnych w celu rozwijania zaawansowanej lub specjalistycznej wiedzy na temat sprzedaży, produktów Nike, kultury marki, technik sprzedaży i obsługi
  • Wspieranie liderów, starszych sprzedawców oraz menedżerów w szkoleniu początkujących pracowników
  • Wspieranie działań zapobiegających stratom poprzez proaktywną obsługę klienta

Wymagania

  • Preferowane co najmniej roczne doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta i/lub sprzedaży detalicznej
  • Pasja do marki Nike
  • Zdolność do wykonywania podstawowych funkcji matematycznych
  • Umiejętność skutecznej komunikacji w języku angielskim (lub innym odpowiednim języku), zarówno w mowie, jak i piśmie
  • Zdolność do realizacji wielu zadań w dynamicznym środowisku
  • Zdolność do efektywnej pracy w zespole i świadczenia doskonałej obsługi klienta
