Junior Fullstack Java Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Full Stack Java Developer to join our growing Workforce Management organization. You would be joining a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional team composed of business analysts, developers, architects, product owners and quality assurance analysts delivering a portfolio of world-class products. What will you do:

* Working as part of a dynamic Agile team to develop and deliver our enterprise scheduling solution.

* Collaborating with designers and UI developers to bring the designs to life.

* Learning functional and technical details of the product.

* Improving software performance, scalability, stability, and usability.

* Technically reviewing and functionally testing the work of other team members.

What will you need:

* Basic Java and Spring Framework development experience.

* English language proficiency (good verbal and written communication skills).

* Experience with Databases and SQL, giving a strong grasp of relational database concepts.

* Experience with web application development: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.

What will put you ahead:

* Experience with application servers such as Oracle WebLogic, IBM Web Sphere, and Wildfly.

* Experience with Angular19.

* Experience with Kotlin.

* Experience with tools like Ant, Maven, SonarQube, Jenkins, etc.

* Strong communication skills with a self-starter attitude and attention to detail.

* Ability to quickly grasp concepts, analyze problems and provide innovative solutions.
