As Digital and Data Sales Operations Lead,
you will drive initiatives that unlock new opportunities, optimize sales processes, and leverage AI to transform how we deliver value to clients.
What You'll Do
Lead Sales Operations for Poland Digital Hub.
- Develop a best-in-class sales operations approach to support rapid growth in digital consulting and technology development. Build structured, agile processes for proposals, pricing, and contract integration.
- Identify and pursue internal opportunities by collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate DD Hub capabilities and solutions into client offerings.
Lead AI-Enabled Sales Transformation.
- Define business requirements for AI-driven solutions to streamline proposal generation and sales processes. Drive adoption of AI for 50% of proposal development efforts and maintain robust reference libraries.
Here's what you'll need
- Proven experience in sales operations, digital solution sales
- Nice to have experience in consulting type of companies
- Ability to organize, drive collaboration and influence cross-functional, international teams.
- Familiarity with AI applications in sales and proposal generation and willingness to develop more
- Experience with CRM Salesforce, Reporting and Data Analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Self-driven with a passion for operational excellence
