Context

Our client, an independent telecom infrastructure operator is working on the development and expansion of a custom billing and invoicing platform.

Mission

Key role in requirement analysis, billing logic definition, data integration, compliance, and

documentation.

Main Tasks

● Analyze business requirements for telecom billing and invoicing.

● Work with diverse data sources and define integration rules.

● Ensure billing accuracy and compliance (telecom + tax regulations).

● Collaborate with developers, testers, and data engineers.

● Support implementation, testing phases, and UAT.

● Maintain complete project documentation and data mappings.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct workshops/interviews with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.

● Document functional and technical specifications (UML, BPMN).

● Define integration requirements for external systems/databases.

● Use SQL to validate data, settlements, and billing logic.

● Support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

● Prepare user manuals and billing reports.

Must-Have Requirements

● 3–5 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in complex IT systems.

● Telecom experience: billing systems, invoicing flows, CRM/BSS.

● SQL for data analysis and settlement validation (Oracle or similar beneficial).

● UML and BPMN process modeling.

● Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have

● Tools: Visio, , Jira, Confluence, HP ALM.

● Knowledge of telecom billing specifics (NRC/MRC, subscriptions, roaming, usage

billing).

● Strong communication skills.

● English B1.
