Do you have a knack for marketing operations and a passion for e-commerce?

We are seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Admin & Operations Specialist to join the team in Warsaw. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various operational aspects of our e-commerce platform, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with multiple departments to optimize the systems and enhance the overall experience.

Your Key Activities Will Include:

  • Managing daily operations of our e-commerce platform, including inventory management;
  • Perform portfolio and pricing management, and related tasks;
  • Ensure marketing and ecommerce systems set-up, maintenance, troubleshooting (e.g. in Shopify);
  • Test, integrate, audit ecommerce and other marketing tools in line with company strategy and goals;
  • Ensure data maintenance in Excel, CSV and other data management tools;
  • Analyze marketing operational performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team.

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or administration;
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL databases);
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.);
  • Fluent English;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Would be a Plus:

  • Project management experience;
  • Experience in fashion, apparel retail or consumer goods industry;
  • Experience working in Shopify.
