How does it work?

• You will begin your journey at L'Oréal in March/April 2026.
• SeedZ Management Trainee Program is a 12-month adventure with rotation into different teams and projects.
• We're recruiting for concrete projects from different areas like marketing, supply chain, finance, e-commerce, etc. Projects for the upcoming edition will be published in August.

Information clause

The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of the recruitment process in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the General Regulation on Personal Data of 27 April 2016, (hereinafter GDPR). Data processing to a wider extent than resulting from the provisions of labor law, for the purposes of the future recruitment processes will be carried out on the basis of the given consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
