Twoje obowiązki


• Pośrednictwo w transakcjach sprzedaży i wynajmu w segmencie nieruchomości premium


• Aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych ofert premium i poszerzanie bazy klientów


• Koordynowanie wszystkich etapów transakcji: komunikacja z klientem, negocjacje, finalizacja umowy


• Budowanie i utrzymywanie długoterminowych relacji z klientami


• Współpraca z zespołem doradców oraz z zewnętrznymi agencjami

Nasze wymagania


• Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w branży nieruchomości


• Silna motywacja oraz umiejętności sprzedażowe i negocjacyjne


• Doskonała znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego


• Zainteresowanie rynkiem nieruchomości i chęć stałego rozwoju


• Umiejętność budowania i utrzymywania trwałych relacji


• Efektywna praca zespołowa


• Wysoka kultura osobista i profesjonalizm
