We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Katowice, providing analytical support to FP&A and Business Finance. The focus of this role will be CAPEX management. The successful candidate will also support management with financial and analytical tasks, including month-end closing activities, forecast/budget reviews and analysis, as well as preparing management reports and presentations.

Responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Capex management
  • Support the review of the monthly financial results to ensure overall data integrity
  • Involvement in the analysis and explanations of significant variances vs. prior month/year/plan 
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of standard management reports including 
  • P&L, B/S, headcount, asset management analysis.
  • Work closely with 100+ sites around the globe to provide support in reporting and forecasting
  • Support the FP&A team in the preparation of presentations for various senior management meetings
  • Support process improvements, including the creation of new reports, tools, and dashboards
  • Take part in various ad-hoc projects (provide technical and analytical support to sites around the globe)
  • Support the rest of the FP&A Team in month end activities
  • Cooperate and support various ad-hoc projects as required by group controlling

We are looking for you to have:

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • 4+ years' work experience in similar roles in finance/accounting departments in structured multinational companies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluent in English, advanced level 
  • written & spoken)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Result oriented and willing to go the extra-mile
  • Hands-on approach
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an asset
  • Knowledge of Board is an asset
