The Role

A leading investment management firm, We are seeking an experienced and proactive
HR Generalist
to join our dynamic team in
Warsaw, Poland
. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth delivery of HR operations while promoting a people-first culture that emphasizes engagement, inclusion, and integrity.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end
    employee lifecycle
    , including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and internal transfers.
  • Ensure
    compliance with Polish labour laws
    and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date
    HRIS
    data and records.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver consistent HR practices.
  • Partner with
    payroll and benefits
    teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Support
    employee relations
    matters and act as a trusted advisor to staff.
  • Assist in the
    implementation of global and regional HR initiatives
    , ensuring local alignment.
  • Promote and support a culture of
    engagement, inclusion, and well-being
    .

Key skills required:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role within a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Polish labour law and HR compliance
    .
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in Polish and English.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
  • Comfortable working across different time zones and collaborating with international teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
