Trainee – Contract & Tender, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Department

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Working with documents / contracts,
  • Collecting references from hospitals,
  • Reviewing specifications for tenders,
  • Coordination of the advertising materials preparation process in compliance with medical device regulations,
  • Working with documentation related to the ISO 13485 quality management system,
  • Handling registration documentation for medical devices and documentation required for tenders,
  • Collaboration with other departments.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Students' status;
  • Very good English;
  • Availability – about 30h per week (onsite);
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced project environment;
  • Focus on details.
