Job Description

We are looking for a
KYC/AML Analyst
to join a
Machine Learning–driven KYC remediation project
within an international organization based in Warsaw.

This role focuses on operational KYC/AML remediation activities rather than research-oriented ML work. It is a structured, production-focused environment that requires attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work independently while following defined processes. The position is fully office-based, with a requirement to work onsite five days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing KYC/AML remediation tasks in line with defined processes and regulatory requirements
  • Reviewing, validating, and updating customer due diligence documentation
  • Working with ML-supported KYC workflows and remediation queues
  • Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of reviewed data
  • Managing assigned workload independently and meeting project deadlines
  • Escalating issues and inconsistencies in line with agreed procedures

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in AML/KYC or financial crime operations
  • Background in a financial institution or familiarity with KYC/AML processes
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership
  • Willingness to work in an operational, remediation-focused environment
  • Availability to work
    onsite in Warsaw, Monday–Friday
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
