What You Will Do

• Configure and manage tracking tags in Google Tag Manager (GTM), including GA4 events, Google Ads, Meta, Floodlight, and custom HTML or JavaScript tags.
• Implement Consent Mode configurations using tools such as OneTrust or CookieBot.
• Conduct GA4 and GTM audits following company templates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform complete GA4 setups, including custom channel groupings, unwanted referral list configurations, and data redaction.
• Implement and manage call tracking integrations.
• Develop measurement plans to ensure reliable data collection aligned with client goals.
• Configure and maintain Looker Studio reports, and perform various analyses such as:
• Exploratory Data Analysis – identifying data patterns, anomalies, or trends.
• Funnel Analysis – tracking user behavior through multi-step paths.
• Segmentation Analysis – grouping users by behaviors or attributes.
• Audience Creation – building user cohorts for long-term tracking.
• Discuss planned tasks and proactively identify issues with clients.
• Set and manage ClickUp tasks with clear descriptions, priorities, and timelines.
• Keep project delivery on track and report progress to both clients and senior analysts/team leads.
• Document findings and communicate them clearly within the team.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally, consulting with media, data, and strategy teams on analytics needs.
• Present task results and insights in English (minimum B2 level) via written reports and meetings.
• Join team syncs, uphold Delve Deeper's culture, and contribute to continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience configuring and auditing GA4 and GTM (including server-side implementations).
• Ability to translate business objectives into measurable data strategies and technical setups.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) for presenting clear, actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of digital analytics concepts, such as user journeys, segmentation, funnel performance, and attribution.
• Strong communication and documentation skills — able to explain technical findings in a clear, structured way.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to consult and coordinate across departments.
• Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and accountability for task delivery.

What You Need

• Graduate degree in Digital Media, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in web analytics, tagging, and data visualization.
• Excellent English communication (minimum B2 level).
• Ability to define tasks for junior analysts and ensure timely delivery.

• ClickUp or Jira – Proficient (2–3 yrs)
• Google Meet / Microsoft Teams – Proficient (2–3 yrs)
