What can we offer?
- B2B Contract or Temp Contract
- Work mode: Hybrid in Warsaw (3 days per week from office)
- Salary: Up to 90 PLN net+VAT/h (B2B) / Up to PLN gross/month (Temp)

Requirements:
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in the finance industry
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
- Interest in capital markets
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide an operational support to Traders with securities, cash and derivatives transactions
- Prepare daily and weekly/monthly reports
- Cooperate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders like: Brokers, Custodian, Accounting Teams etc.
- Perform control functions such as daily trade monitoring, reconciliations across systems and failed trades management
- Review existing processes/applications and identify opportunities for improvement and support the development
- Participate in projects/changes/implementations on team level
