  • B2B: PLN net/monthly + VAT

As a
Mid-Level Middle Office Analyst
, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial services organization dedicated to delivering top-tier investment and capital markets solutions to institutional clients worldwide. In this dynamic role, you will support trading activities across securities and cash products, ensuring smooth execution throughout the entire trade lifecycle. Your efforts will be pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency, mitigating risks, and driving continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Perform middle office processes supporting investment funds in capital markets
  • Monitor trades and ensure accurate confirmation, matching, and settlement
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies across multiple platforms
  • Support client inquiries and deliver transaction and regulatory reporting
  • Send and monitor settlement and payment instructions to custodian banks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, custodians, and internal teams
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and timely issue escalation
  • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency solutions
  • Support client onboarding and process documentation
  • Assist the team manager and ensure compliance with audit and risk standards

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • 2–3 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in capital markets
  • Professional proficiency in English (fluent)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A proactive, results-oriented, and confident mindset
  • Awareness of operational risk and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with trade settlement and transaction processing
  • University degree in finance, banking, or a related field

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Knowledge of trading systems or settlement platforms
