As a
Mid-Level Capital Markets Middle Office Specialist
, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution supporting investment operations across international markets. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining efficient securities and cash transaction processing for institutional clients, contributing to the stability and growth of the capital markets environment.

Location:
Warsaw-based opportunity with a hybrid work model (3 days/week in the office)

Rate:

  • Employment contract (UoP): 9 000 – gross/ month
  • B2B: – PLN/ month
  • We also offer the possibility to work under a civil law contract (umowa zlecenia)

Your main responsibilities:

  • Perform Middle Office processes supporting investment funds' activity in capital markets
  • Monitor and report trades across multiple platforms
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in transactions and client instructions
  • Send and monitor settlement and payment instructions to custodian banks
  • Support client inquiries and provide required transaction reporting
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure all team procedures and audit requirements are maintained and updated
  • Escalate issues that could impact department performance and service quality
  • Search for and implement improved solutions across processes and applications
  • Lead projects and support process changes at team and department level

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience in the financial sector, including capital markets
  • Professional
    English proficiency
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of
    MS Office
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
  • University degree in finance or banking
  • Knowledge of
    SWIFT

It is a strong plus if you have:
