Associate Material Planner

Associate Material Planner

World Wide Technology Poland, has a very exciting opportunity available for an Associate Material Planner  to join our friendly team based in Lodz, Poland.

Role responsibilities & duties:

• Coordinate material transfers between WWT locations and manage system transactions.
• Communicate with suppliers, purchasing, planning, and warehouse teams to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory shortages, expedite materials, and resolve inventory issues.
• Support quality processes (RMA/RTV) and ensure correct invoice flow.
• Collaborate on inventory introduction and phase-outs to minimize costs.
• Generate customer and internal reports; maintain KPI performance.
• Assist in customs clearance and transportation coordination for timely deliveries.
